Magnetic Biased Eddy Current

Magnetic Biased Eddy Current

One of the non destruction inspection techniques for heat exchanger and boiler tubes of Ferromagnetic material. It uses a combination of applied Direct Current (DC) field lines and Eddy Current field lines.

IRIS

IRIS

Internal Rotational Inspection System (IRIS) is an ultrasonic immersion pulse echo technique. It is a very accurate technique and can be used to inspection both Ferro- and Non Ferromagnetic materials.
